The festival happens rain or shine! We may shift, adjust, or move programming if needed to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Please dress accordingly.
Yes, the festival is family-friendly all three days, with Saturday featuring the most programming for children and families. On Sunday, alcohol will be available for purchase in designated areas for attendees 21+.
Parking is available in local lots. Metered street parking is also available.
Yes, admission is on us! The festival is free to enjoy, with food vendors and artisans offering their incredible eats and handmade goods for purchase throughout the weekend.

Yes! You can easily get to and from the festival using NJ Transit public transportation.

Yes, bring your chair and get comfortable! BYO seating is allowed in outdoor areas only. We just ask that chairs not be brought inside the Public Library or Whitechapel Projects.
Saturday is the only day that is fully pet-friendly, as it is completely outdoors.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase with proper ID at Whitechapel Projects.

  • Fireworks, explosives, or other incendiary devices

  • Laser pointers
  • Large coolers or oversized bags (subject to event policy)
  • Tents, canopies, or large umbrellas, unless specifically permitted or for vendor setup
  • Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or similar recreational devices in pedestrian areas (except mobility devices)
  • Items that obstruct views or interfere with the enjoyment or safety of others
  • Commercial solicitation, sales, or distribution of materials without prior authorization
  • Any other item deemed by event staff or security to pose a safety, security, or operational concern

Monmouth Arts is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible festival experience in accordance with the ADA.

The Whitechapel building (including entrances and restrooms) is accessible for public use. Some tented or outdoor areas may have uneven or non-ADA-compliant surfaces.

Service animals are welcome in all public areas.
