We’re looking for food vendors rooted in New Jersey’s multi-cultural heartbeat. Family recipes and new traditions. Sweet and savory. Comfort dishes and grab-and-go bites.

No matter the cuisine or concept, we’re looking for vendors who will showcase the flavors that make New Jersey so diverse.

From family recipes passed down through generations to fresh, creative ideas, we want to celebrate the food that connects our communities.

Selected vendors will be notified once the review process is complete. Space is limited, and we encourage vendors to apply early.

Please Note:

• All vendors must be properly licensed and insured, and they must comply with local health and fire department regulations and permits.
  Vendors are responsible for covering local health and fire department permit fees.
• All food trucks MUST be completely self-contained. Any vendor using a generator must ensure it is securely mounted to or secured to the food truck and complies with all applicable fire and safety regulations. Freestanding generators located separately from the food truck are not permitted.
• The festival will take place rain or shine. No refunds.
• Unless otherwise stated, the Vendor is responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, and canopies.
• The vendor is responsible for having a representative present at their booth for the entire event.
